Founded on the principles outlined in a groundbreaking research paper on "Sustainable Food & Wastage Systems," Tovo embarked on its journey from a mere concept in January 2011 to a reality in 2014. It took four years of meticulous planning, research, and dedication to bring Tovo to life—a brand that stands not just for exceptional food but for a revolution in the food industry.

At the heart of Tovo's menu is our signature Infused Chicken, a dish that has redefined what it means to enjoy chicken. Crafted through a patented* Moisture Retention Technique, our chicken is marinated for 12 hours, slow-cooked with a combination of heats, and infused with natural flavors and locally inspired masalas. This process ensures the highest moisture content, making our chicken the most succulent and healthiest option available.
